My Story:

​

Graduating from the Bihar School of Yoga, India, in 2001, I am a recognized Yoga instructor in Catalonia. Over the past 20 years, I've shared my yoga knowledge with over 500 individuals, growing and learning from their experiences.

My strength lies in my interaction with people and my passion for human relationships. I prioritize enhancing life's positive aspects and finding solutions, believing that problems can often become great opportunities.

I spent three years at the Bihar School of Yoga, immersing myself in Karma Yoga and personal study. This intense period allowed me to understand my strengths, weaknesses, ambitions, and needs.

My relationship with Swamiji, who gave me my spiritual name, "Saritashakti - flowing energy", was special from the start. This name represents my Dharma, my duty towards myself, signifying my nature - I flow with the energy of life.

I've been involved in organizing international Yoga programs, including the Yoga Festival in Venice. After returning to India, I faced a meniscus injury, leading me to focus on mantra chanting.

Motherhood, initiated by my son Prem (love in Hindu), has been a significant personal journey. I've introduced yoga in schools, recognized by the Department of Education of the Government of Catalonia, and continue to share yoga in all its aspects, viewing it as a potent tool for inner improvement.

Yoga, for me, is the union between body, mind, and spirit, reflecting our way of seeing things with a more positive outlook.
